Context:  Plans, organizes and coordinates the activities of a team of organizing staff and volunteers in carrying out climate campaigns and programs in Nevada.  Participates in the development of innovative strategies and tactics and helps in setting campaign priorities and plans.  Working in conjunction with an experienced Organizing Manager, coaches and mentors members of the Nevada team including  staff and volunteer leaders in the Toiyabe Chapter and Campaign groups and teams.  Provides primary leadership in developing and implementing campaign that builds grassroots power, by increasing the number of people involved, leaders developed, and engagement of people with influence in developing and implementing organizing campaigns Scope:  The lead organizer is responsible for the
