Job Title: Limited Duration Chapter Conservation Organizer Department: Chapter Location: Missouri Chapter Reports To: Assistant Director, Missouri Chapter Context: Builds public support to accomplish conservation campaign or program goals of increasing the number of volunteer supporters that turnout for events and/or take other action to influence campaign outcomes. Recruits and trains volunteer leaders, and develops relationships with community leaders, other organizations and officials that can influence change. Scope: The Organizer is responsible for recruiting, engaging, and motivating large numbers of new people to take repeated action which will further Sierra Club Missouri’s targeted campaign or program goals.
