We are looking for an energetic and practical person to deliver nature reserve management and volunteer engagement in Ceredigion. The post will be responsible for recruiting and supervising volunteers, habitat management, ecological surveys, engaging with partners and delivering funding commitments (including Glastir) as appropriate. Salary: £18,000 pro rata Location: Based from home, or the Welsh Wildlife Centre (Cilgerran) Hours: 3.5 days per week (precise days to be agreed) with some evening / weekend work.
