Description: Working within the Toronto Botanical Garden education team, the Lead Nature Educator will plan and deliver nature-based programs for elementary school groups and summer camps. These programs, which support the Ontario school curriculum, immerse children in the natural world and draw connections for children between the natural world and art and culture. Students will participate in hands-on activities including water testing in Wilket Creek, exploring habitats in the Wilket Creek ravine, farming in TBG’s Teaching Garden, and creating nature art.
