This position is managed by the Program Department Training Director or designee and will work with Training Team members on a 50/50 portfolio of training delivery/training project coordination for training team or partner-specific priority projects. These projects will vary in scope and scale and be tailored to achieve specific program objectives and learning goals. Where possible, priority will be given to projects that grow the capacity of the organization by fostering and supporting a cadre of trained staff and volunteers with the skills to design and deliver training in their own context to staff and volunteers.
