The Program Inclusion Coordinator is a member of the program team who works with both the Programs and Member Services Teams to support the recruitment, placement, and successful participation of youth and young adult applicants into Northwest Youth Corps programs. The PIC team evaluates all medical forms for applicants for crew based activities, and supports programming in the field.

  • Seek to remove barriers to participation in NYC programs for underrepresented
  • Utilize the medical evaluation process as a tool for inclusion strategies rather than traditional “screening (out)”.
