We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious Associate Programme Officer to work in the Ecosystem Assessment and Policy Support Programme. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the Centre’s work on issues including regional and national ecosystem assessments; the integration of biodiversity into wider decision making for sustainable development; biodiversity indicator development, implementation and communication at global, regional and national scales; the development of natural capital related approaches, including ecosystem accounting; and the links of such tools with the development of national biodiversity strategies and multi-lateral environmental agreements (MEAs).
