A Research Assistant Professor position in arthropod biodiversity is available in the laboratory of Dr. Duane McKenna (https://www.duanemckenna.com) in association with the newly formed University of Memphis Center for Biodiversity Research (CBio). Researchers working in all areas of arthropod biodiversity science will be considered, including biodiversity surveys and inventories, conservation, ecology, evolution, genetics, genomics, and systematics. The primary responsibility of this position is McKenna lab and CBio research (especially grants) development; however, the successful applicant will also be encouraged to design and lead research projects of their own.
