Research Assistant Wildlife Conservation Research Unit, Department of Zoology, Oxford Grade 5: £25,941 - £30,942 p.a. The Wildlife Conservation Research Unit (WildCRU), based at the Recanati-Kaplan Centre in Tubney are looking for a Research Assistant to start in January 2020. The successful applicant will be working closely with the Ethiopian Wolf Conservation Programme (EWCP). EWCP targets the greatest threats to the survival of Ethiopian wolves while promoting them as a flagship for the conservation of many of Ethiopia’s endemic species and natural resources. The overall goal is the conservation of the Ethiopian wolf and its Afroalpine habitat, while ensuring the social and economic wellbeing of local communities.
