Applications are invited for the above position from March 2020 working on the Natural Environment Research Council funded Artificial Light Impacts on Coastal Ecosystems (ALICE) project. The ALICE project combines world leading expertise in ecological light pollution, larval biology, marine benthic ecology, tropical marine biology, and optical oceanography from across the UK’s premier marine science research centres to tackle fundamental gaps in our understanding of coastal ecosystem responses to Artificial Light At Night (ALAN). You will work with Dr Thomas Davies, specially appointed research staff, and other School staff members to support the delivery of laboratory and field experiments that quantify the impacts of ALAN on the early life history of temperate marine invertebrate
