Protecting biodiversity while continuing to meet the needs of a growing human population is a key challenge of our time. Ecological intensification practices which increase crop pollination can be used as a strategy to increase production and improve sustainability while minimising negative impacts on the wider environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the School of Agriculture at the University of Reading (9th in the QS world rankings for Agriculture) on a project aiming to enhance crop pollination services in smallholder farms in India.
