In this position, you will serve as a Policy and Research Specialist managing the Thirteenth Coast Guard District (D13) inter-governmental liaison efforts in a pivotal policy role from day one. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Demonstrating and maintaining a thorough Knowledge of fisheries enforcement operations in the area of responsibility (AOR). Mentoring junior officers and other personnel about law enforcement mission policies/guidances. Overseeing new/revised analyses, assessments, collection strategies or other enforcement policy products.
