To book and coordinate a range of viable venues and events for the team of Membership Recruiters working in your Wildlife Trust area(s). These are intended to attract memberships in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. Supported by the Venues Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a suitable fully booked weekly diary of venues and events is allocated to the Membership Recruiters using our Salesforce CRM system. You will also be sourcing and coordinating suitable venues and events to maintain and grow a well-stocked database of strong performing venues. Through your work you will be helping to achieve target levels of revenue and new members, and hence contributing to the sustainability and growth of our client Wildlife Trusts.
