The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for developing and implementing a human resources (HR) function that serves the needs and provides excellent service to a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. The position is responsible for developing and managing Defenders of Wildlife’s HR programs and initiatives, with a focus on diversifying Defenders’ recruitment pool, ensuring an inclusive organizational culture, and establishing equitable and inclusive initiatives, policies and processes.
