Job description: The Vice President for Oceana’s Perú office will lead Oceana’s campaigns in Perú and help to define new ones. The VP will lead a team currently consisting of several professionals with skills in science, law, policy, outreach, and communications to accomplish Oceana’s mission. Leadership includes managing a talented staff, helping them succeed as a team, delegating with clarity, and advancing their professional development. The Vice President keeps the team focused on campaign goals and leads it in executing and adjusting tactics to achieve those goals.
