Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and energetic Visitor Engagement Manager to design and implement an engaging visitor experience offer across the Trust to strengthen the supporter journey and drive forward engagement and income generation from a more diverse audience in line with The Wildlife Trust’s transformational #TeamWilder initiative. The postholder will need to work across multiple teams to develop and implement strategic plans for investment in nature assets, programme development and destination marketing to maximise the potential of YWT resources and achieve our vision of inspiring and enabling at least 1 in 4 people in Yorkshire to be taking positive action for nature’s recovery as part of their daily lives by 2030.
