Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund this role forms part of the new ‘Gateway to the Trail’ project, which follows on from the successful launch of the Hebridean Whale Trail in 2019.

The role is a unique position within the charity, pivotal to the expansion and improvement of the current visitor offer through overseeing the development of new media exhibits and refreshing the existing space. Informing others about the centre and it’s activities is key to the role so we are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivator, familiar with event promotion, experienced in public engagement, with outstanding communication skills.

We are looking for somebody with a passion for visitor experience and a desire to make our centre the best it can be.
