As an essential part of the broader Visitor Experience Team of staff and volunteers across the South-West, you will take the lead in managing safe, welcoming and inspirational access to outdoor recreation opportunities, our land and facilities at Tamar Lakes (and the other lakes in our North Cornwall/ Devon area). You will deliver an effective coarse fishing business across your sites, especially at Tamar lakes, whilst ensure all other site users are accommodated.
