TWC is operated by a small group of highly skilled, paid staff, supported by several hundred volunteers who work in all areas, from wildlife care to administration. Volunteers range from teenagers to seniors and come from all walks of life; some have been giving their time for many years and new volunteers are joining us regularly.   The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for managing the volunteer team, coordinating and developing the Volunteer Program and liaising with other TWC programs and other external organizations as needed. This position requires experience working with volunteers, a strong administrative background, multi-tasking, and the ability to prioritize and communicate well in a fast-paced environment. As an environmental organization working with hundreds of
