Position Summary: The Volunteer Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a community of volunteers who are committed to supporting Houston Audubon’s efforts in nature education programming, habitat restoration, trail maintenance, native plant nursery operations, and general administration for the organization. We are searching for a candidate with prior experience in volunteer management to grow the volunteer program, implement new processes and procedures, and build strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure volunteer needs are met.
