The Volunteer Operations Manager oversees the enactment and tracking of all policies, procedures and processes, and coordinates organization-wide volunteer retention, general support, engagement and recognition initiatives. This person will possess a deep knowledge of the Center, its volunteer roles and its policies/procedures. They will also continuously seek to improve their knowledge of best practices in volunteer management, evaluate and improve volunteer engagement and support the operational management of the entire volunteer workforce.
