The Country Parks Service has a portfolio of 5 Country Parks and 3 Greenways across Warwickshire serving in excess of 900,000 visitors a year. Burton Dassett Hills Country Park has a series of rugged hilltops affording spectacular views in all directions and Fox Covert, small woodland with a surfaced footpath.  Opened as a country park in 1971, the 100 acres contain a wealth of historical interest such as the prominent beacon, quarry remains and the nearby 12th Century All Saints Church. Hartshill Hayes Country Park covers 137 acres of woodland and open hilltop with magnificent views across the Anker Valley.  It’s a steep hilly woodland park with tea kiosk, adventure playground and toilet facilities and is open every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
