The Water Program Manager position works in an integrated team environment with staff, partners, and community members to lead, plan, and manage a variety of water quality, quantity, and green infrastructure programs. The position focuses on watershed assessments and planning, public engagement, procurement of funding, technical assistance, and implementation of best management practices. The position reports to the Vice President of Program Strategy and Impact and works closely with the Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) on project budgeting, billing, procurement, and scheduling. The position also works closely and collaboratively with Special Projects field staff, senior leadership, volunteers, and program staff to ensure project timeliness, effectiveness, and quality. Th
