Who we are: Our work is highly visible and there are a lot of external demands on the staff in the unit. This is exciting work and, in many instances, you will be helping to address new and challenging policy and scientific issues. The work can range from determining how to address new toxics issues in the water quality standards and water quality assessment to re-staffing critical functions like the Underground Injection Control Program. You will be responsible for regular evaluation and coaching of the staff in the unit to make sure they have the feedback, resources and skills to succeed.
