This position works with local agencies and municipalities to implement policies related to the protection of natural heritage and fisheries features in the Ganaraska Watershed. This position will be working out of the Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority administrative office in Port Hope located on the corner of Hwy’s. 28 and 401. This position is normally Monday to Friday with some weekend fisheries work during March to July. This position reports to the Watershed Services Coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma in biology or a related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant progressive experience.
  • Demonstrated project management and strong computer skills.
