DescriptionWe are seeking a highly-motivated PhD student interested in studying the breeding and natal origins of harvested waterfowl from throughout the Great Lakes region based on feather stable isotope techniques. These data will form the basis for demographic modeling. Student will be enrolled in the PhD Biology Program at Western University, London, Ontario, Canada. Position expected to begin fall semester 2018. Both domestic and international students will be considered. Student and project supported by a combination of teaching assistantship, scholarship, and research funds provided up to 4 years contingent upon performance by Bird Studies Canada’s Long Point Waterfowl and Wetlands Research Program.
