The University of Louisville Stream Institute has an immediate opening for a qualified wetland scientist or ecologist to join our stream and wetland restoration design team. The new team member will participate in all aspects of the restoration process, including initial site assessment, project permitting, working with team members to develop wetland design alternatives, to long-term performance monitoring and evaluation of ecological lift. Work will include a mixture of field work and collaborative assessment work as part of a team of engineers and scientists. The ideal candidate will add to an experienced team working on all aspects of stream and wetland restoration, with opportunities to participate in applied research work and advanced technical training.
