This new role is one of three created to deliver our ambition for wildlife and people. You will be based at Carlton Marshes, which is the office, workshop and visitor hub for our activity in North East Suffolk. You will create and facilitate engagement opportunities for children, young people, adults and families at locations in and around North East Suffolk. You will also develop and maintain positive working relationships with community leaders and other individuals within identified communities. It is expected that you will find volunteers to help scale up your work. Due to the nature of the role your work will include weekends and evenings.
