The Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Division of Wildlife Conservation is recruiting for a Wildlife Biologist 1/2 located in either Anchorage, Fairbanks, Palmer or Soldotna!   What you will be doing: The Wildlife Biologist plans habitat enhancement projects for game species through mechanical treatments and prescribed fire. They will conduct field work in coordination with interagency staff to evaluate habitat conditions including forage quality and quantity, vegetation by species, forest stand structure, and fire ecology.
