Role Profile

ZSL is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Wildlife Health Bridge Administrator to provide support for ZSL’s MSc Courses and Wild Animal Alumni. This role will assist with the collation and distribution of educational materials, assist in the creation of multi-media marketing materials and upkeep of the database in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure collation and distribution of course educational materials, on-line and through other electronic means.
  • Liaise with ZSL staff across all divisions and departments to ensure the smooth running of our MSc courses under the Wildlife Health Bridge.
  • Maintain WAA databases on contacts and careers and liaise with graduates about the WAA.
  • Assist in the creation of alumni outreach and occasionally marketing materials where requested.
  • Update and upload assessments to ZSL server including ZPD and WAB/WAH/MSciWAB excel database
  • Liaise with students to gather their feedback, collate it and distribute it to the tutor team promptly.
  • Attend MSc WAB/WAH/MSciWAB team meetings and write the minutes.
  • Assist with the organisation of prize giving ceremonies, photos and student presentation days for all courses.
  • Support for the MSc library at ZSL

Person Specification

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in using MS office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous administration experience desirable.
  • Some knowledge of Wild Animal Health or Biology is beneficial.
