Mid Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group (Mid Sound), a nonprofit, has an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in working with youth and habitat restoration. Mid Sound engages people in on-the-ground efforts to help salmon and our communities thrive. For the 2nd summer, Mid Sound is hosting a youth crew with Partners in Employment to complete habitat restoration projects at parks in the City of Auburn. Funding for the projects has been provided from the Port of Seattle, King County Flood Control District, and King County Wastewater Treatment Division. This will be a seasonal position to lead a youth crew cohort from June-August at 40 hours per week, and a second cohort September -November at 27 hours per week.
