The Role

We're looking for a self-starting Fundraising & Development Manager to drive our income generation and help tell our story to the world. This is a remote role with significant autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives working independently and wants to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and submit grant applications to trusts, foundations, and institutional funders
• Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors and corporate partners
• Develop and manage a pipeline of funding opportunities
• Support communications, newsletters, social media content, impact reports, and donor updates
• Track fundraising performance and report on progress to the Board
• Represent LEAF to external stakeholders where appropriateAbout You
• Proven track record in fundraising, grant writing, or development, ideally in the conservation or environmental sector
• Excellent written English with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with donor databases and CRM systems is a plus
