Dr Nick Askew
Nick is our Director holds a PhD in the Behavioural Ecology of Barn Owls.
As a professional conservationist over the past 20 years. During his career, he has raised over £2,500,000 for conservation projects in 120 countries.
Since establishing Conservation Careers he has helped over 2,500 conservationists to get their careers on track.
Kristi Foster
Kristi is our Head of Engagement at and has a Master´s in Conservation Biology.
Her conservation work has led over the past 9 years to Africa, UK, Australia and Latin America in everything from field work and environmental education to project management and communications.
She has has coached over 100 conservationists in career planning, job applications and interviews.
Dr Fernando Mateos-González
Nando is our Head of Community at and holds a PhD in Behavioural Ecology and an MSc in Animal Biodiversity.
His research on animal behaviour and conservation has led him to work in Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas.
He enjoys helping students and early career professionals to find their dream environmental job.
Lloyd Gofton
Lloyd is our Communications Coach with 20 years of industry experience.
During his career, he has worked with a variety of brands including WWF and Greenpeace.
He was one of the first to combine PR, social media and content marketing services, running campaigns across Europe, The Middle East, Africa, North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Ed Sanders
Ed is our Community Manager and on a journey to switch his career into conservation.
He has worked in the UK, Far East, Southern Africa, Middle East and Australasia, in property development and management.
He’s now based in Zimbabwe working on Elephant and human Coexistence & Conservation through Community, Research, Education and Welfare.

Yes! We can help you to understand your career options, the training needed (if any), and to make a plan to turn your dreams into action. We’re also here to help you every step of the way. If you have a question you can just ask.
There is no minimum or maximum term for your membership. You can easily cancel at any time. If you cancel within your first week (the free trial period) you will not be charged.
Membership payments are either monthly or annual – depending upon which one you choose. They can be easily cancelled at any time, and you can get a refund if you’re not 100% happy within the first seven days of taking out a membership. No questions asked.
