Our UK base is a working farm on 130 acres of beautiful, historic farmland on the Sharpham Estate in South Devon, with an emphasis on nature recovery. Here trainees gain practical skills and hands-on experience working in nature through traineeships that take place year-round on the farm.

Training is delivered by our experienced and knowledgeable team through talks and workshops, applied field skills, practical land management, and personal and vocational development.

The learning experience here is residential, whereby trainees join our farm community, fully immersing in nature recovery whilst improving their employment prospects.
