About Wildlife ACT

Wildlife ACT funds much of their conservation work through ecotourism, which allows critical endangered and priority species monitoring work to take place across 5 protected areas in Zululand, South Africa. Due to the current national lockdown and travel restrictions, they have lost this funding. So by simply taking the course, please know that you are helping to support the work that we do to protect wildlife.

“For me the online course was absolutely amazing, interesting and a lot of fun. I would have been one of the volunteers in July, so for me this was a very good way to learn more about the work you are doing. And it made it more comfortable to be at home. I’m sure, once I’m able to be onsite as a volunteer, this course will help me to understand the environment a lot better. To spend a lot of effort, passion, time and money to build up the online course, is a really special thing.” – Florian Krueger
