The Peconic Land Trust seeks a Director of Human Resources to direct routine human resource functions. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of NYS employment–related laws and regulations as well as strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
