Grants up to £1,500 supporting field work abroad in the earth and life sciences. Grants for field work abroad (away from your usual country of residence) in the earth and life sciences. Grants are generally for sums of less than £1,000. Funds are not available for further education of any kind, for visits to conferences, for work in institutions or for field work undertaken as part of a dissertation of higher degree. Undergraduate expeditions are also not supported.
