Fellowship usually begin approximately two months after notification of acceptance into the program. Description  Panama’s Science and Technology Secretariat (SENACYT) provides fellowships to Panamanians enrolled in a Bachelor, Masters’ or PhD program in a local university;  researchers recently graduated from a local university; or Panamanians who received their PhD within the past 3 years either from a local or an international university. Eligibility  Applicants need to be:
