Support for Student Fieldwork is available to Scottish undergraduate students and those in their first year following the date of graduation for both Fieldwork Projects and Fieldwork Training Courses with a botanical theme.
Fieldwork projects:
- Should not form part of a university or college course, but we encourage you to discuss project ideas with tutors or local volunteer groups who may be able to make helpful suggestions.
- We favour projects conducted in Scotland, by students attending Scottish Universities and Colleges, but we do not exclude projects based elsewhere.
- The maximum grant available for fieldwork is £700.
