Coordinated through Rotary District 5340, the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International is offering 4-5 scholarships for the Water Cooperation and Diplomacy master’s programme. The scholarships are available for existing and future water professionals from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
