This post is an opportunity for less experienced individuals to gain overseas field experience of marine research, project and volunteer management and training.

The role involves assisting the Principal Investigator with the development and implementation of the research programme, involving the daily supervision of volunteer Research Assistants, data collection and analysis, and report-writing. The successful candidate will have a good BSc or MSc in relevant discipline, strong PADI diving qualifications and experience in marine survey techniques and biodiversity or conservation research experience, ideally in a tropical setting.
