We are looking for an enthusiastic dynamic individual with wetland management experience to join the Insh Marshes Reserve team.
Set within the Cairngorms National Park, Insh Marshes is renowned for being one of the best examples of a near naturally functioning floodplain in the UK. The reserve supports a whole host of other amazing wildlife including rare invertebrates, a diverse wetland flora as well as a recently discovered population of water voles. Reserve management is focused maintaining the natural dynamics of the site but to also provide attractive breeding habitat for farmland waders wintering wildfowl.
