The Associate’s primary responsibility will be to assist with the Lenfest Ocean Program’s policy research and stakeholder engagement activities. Duties may include investigating current marine policy questions, identifying stakeholders and coordinating briefings on the Program’s supported research, organizing symposia at scientific conferences and assisting with the production and distribution of materials associated with Program-funded grants. The Associate may also participate in the management of research grants, including monitoring grant reports and communicating with scientists.
