JOB PURPOSE:  Lead and co-ordinate all grant and trust fundraising for Butterfly Conservation to meet income targets in the Fundraising Strategy.  Working with conservation staff, lead on developing projects to secure funding for Butterfly Conservation’s conservation work in line with the aims of our 2025 strategy.  Establish and maintain positive working relationships with existing and new funders to help facilitate the success of funding applications. SPECIFIC TASKS:  Line manage the Senior Fundraising Officer (Grants) and the Trust Fundraising Officer to ensure good quality applications are submitted, matching funders specific criteria, within strict deadlines.  Work with conservation staff across the organisation to develop and submit a steady stream of fun
