Overview

The CCI Administrator will manage active communication between the Executive Director’s office and CCI members, collaborators and donors, and act as a central point of contact for the coordination of all CCI organisational matters including support for CCI Committees and advisory bodies. The post holder will assist in the ongoing development of CCI, administering and updating organisational systems, and helping to prepare communications, presentations and other materials for the efficient running of the Initiative.

This position will be based in the new David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge and working in close collaboration with Cambridge Judge Business School.

Educated to degree level standard or equivalent you will have experience as a senior administrative assistant at Director level. In addition you will have experience of managing small grants, introducing and maintaining office systems, and financial systems. A strong interest in the environment and conservation and excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. A good working knowledge of office technologies and communication platforms including websites and social media is a pre-requisite for this position.

This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave. The funds for this post are available for one year or the return of the post holder whichever is the earlier.
