The Documents Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Conservation Land System (CLS) file tracking database, including data entry and reporting. The Documents Coordinator works with Legal Resource offices to ensure all documents are sent to CIM in a timely manner. The Documents Coordinator assists Worldwide Office, Legal Resource and Operating Unit staff with document retrieval and questions pertaining to land/water protection documents and files.

The Documents Coordinator assists with the recruitment and training of program volunteers and interns and coordinates the activities of volunteers and interns.
