BASIC SUMMARY: Defenders of Wildlife, an environmental nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection of native wild animals and plants in their natural habitats, is recruiting for an International Conservation Intern. An ideal candidate is a current law student or masters student with a commitment to a career in wildlife conservation. The position reports to the Senior International Counsel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The internship is designed to provide a wide range of administrative and programmatic experience on international conservation issues of national significance.  The intern will be expected to provide research, writing, and general support for our primary international projects.  Our international program covers a wide range of international environment
