The Director of Organizational Communications leads the development and implementation of an integrated, efficient and effective organizational communication and engagement plan to help drive organizational strategy and facilitate the comprehension, adoption, and advancement of the organization’s goals and business objectives. S/he oversees all communications across the following audiences: all TNC employees, trustees and external media.
