We are seeking a Teaching and Community Project Coordinator with a proven ability to coordinate volunteers and to manage and develop the Frontier Teaching & Community Projects in Costa Rica. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requires someone with initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to work independently.   The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging volunteer project placements, administering the project and budgets, liaising and negotiating with local organisations and partners and taking responsibility for the overall running of the programme.
