The Fundraising Director will be a key player on the Management Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive.  This person will be responsible for developing the fundraising strategy; leading the Secretariat fundraising team, setting and monitoring targets, and leading the efforts on high net worth individuals fundraising.  The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of high scale fundraising from a mix of income streams, sound understanding of fundraising techniques and experience of strategic planning. You will be a strong communicator, an inspirational leader, and have experience of successfully managing geographically dispersed teams.  A passion for nature and an understanding of conservation issues would be an advantage.
